Standard Operational Terms - Dubai Region
Drop and Go LLC provides specialized last-mile delivery services exclusively within the geographic boundaries of the Emirate of Dubai. All bookings made via +971 54 491 8077 are subject to these terms.
Our liability for loss or damage to any shipment is strictly limited to **AED 500** or the declared value of the goods (whichever is lower), unless a specific "High-Value Transit" agreement is signed prior to pickup at our **Saeed Tower** dispatch center.
We do not carry: Hazardous materials (ADR), illegal substances, currency, jewelry, or items prohibited by the Dubai Economic Department (DED).
These terms are governed by the laws of the **Emirate of Dubai** and applicable Federal laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be settled in the Dubai Courts.
