LOGISTICS SERVICES FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Provider agrees to provide last-mile logistics and delivery services within the Emirate of Dubai. Services include on-demand pickup from the Client's facility and delivery to specified locations. Standard turnaround time is governed by the "Dubai-60" fast-track protocol (60-minute dispatch from SZR Hub).

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices shall be generated bi-weekly. The Client agrees to settle all dues within **7 days** of invoice receipt. Delayed payments may result in a temporary suspension of dispatch services from Saeed Tower.
